We do not accept returns. However, if you receive a defective item, you can surely request an exchange.

  • You received the wrong item.
  • We charge no restocking or reverse shipping fees

  • Damage caused by accidents, water, or misuse.

  • If approved, we’ll arrange a pickup or guide you on how to return it.
