Order Processing & Delivery Timeline

- Handling Time: 1 (Time to pack and hand over to courier). 2. Transit Time: 3-5 Business Days (Time for courier to deliver). Total Estimated Delivery: 2-7 Business Days Depending on the Location.
- Once shipped, your order should arrive within 5 to 7 business days.

- Orders are shipped from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation message with a tracking ID.
- Use this tracking ID to monitor your order status via our Chatbot.
Delivery Guidelines
- Each order will be shipped to the destination address specified at the time of payment. If you need items delivered to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each address.
- Upon delivery, we strongly recommend inspecting the product for any signs of tampering or damage to the packaging.

Cancellation Policy
Cancelling an Order Before Shipment:
- If your order has not yet been shipped, you can cancel it without any charges by contacting our support team.
- Your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Cancelling an Order After Shipment:
- If your order has already been shipped but not yet delivered, you may refuse the delivery.
Cancelling an Order After Delivery:
