6. Exchange Policy

Project Layfit does not offer returns or refunds on any products.
Exchanges are only available in the following cases:
- Wrong size received
- Defective or damaged product received from our side
Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the issue.
Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.
Once the issue is verified, an exchange will be provided, subject to product availability.
If the same product is unavailable, we may offer store credit or an alternative product at our discretion.
Exchange requests that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.
