Can I Return my Product?

We do not accept returns currently. However, if you receive a defective item or the size does not fit, you can easily request an exchange by contacting us.

Can I Get an Exchange

Yes! You can request an Exchange within 3 days of arrival if:

  • The product is defective
  • The size doesn't fit you
  • It arrived damaged (report this within 48 hours of delivery).
  • You received the wrong item.
  • We charge no restocking or reverse shipping fees
What Can't Be Exchanged?
  • Minor color or design differences due to lighting or screens.
  • Damage caused by accidents, water, or misuse.
How Do I Request an Exchange?
  • Contact us at projectlayfit@gmail.com or through our website chat with your order details.
  • If approved, we’ll arrange a pickup or guide you on returning it.
  • Once we receive it, we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost within 7-10 business days.
